How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 2012.  

 


 

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No.  You just sign a contract before the placement and the staff member’s timesheet at the end of the week.  We then invoice you each week.

 


 

Can I meet you?

If you are based in and around London, yes we are happy to meet you.  If you are elsewhere, we would have to discuss volume of staff before we could commit to this, due to distance and cost.

 

 


 

Can I meet the candidates (staff) beforehand?

Yes, we can arrange a video interview or they can meet you in person.  Please bear in mind that you are paying by the hour; so if you don’t think someone is suitable after a few hours, you tell us and we replace them?

 


 

How soon can we get staff from you?

Within days, sometimes hours.

 


 

Do you provide a uniform?

No, but staff are normally happy to wear your company uniform if you have one.

 


 

How can I tell you what I need?

We are happy to take instructions from you over the phone or you can message us or complete our online form. 


 

What types of industries do you supply?

We supply any, however we tend to have most placements in janitorial, driving, retail or hospitality.

 


 

What are your opening times?

We are open Mon – Fri 10AM to 6PM

How can I see what jobs you have?

How can I submit my timesheet?

What if I miss the 6pm deadline fir timesheets on Froday?

Unless we tell you otherwise, you are agency staff and will be booked when clients need you.  Please ensure that you perform well so that your bookings will continue.

 


 

Its 7PM on Friday and I’ve not been paid, help!

Should I discuss work place problems with my manager?

No!   Always route these through us, as we are responsible for you.  We can work on your behalf to resolve any issues.


 

What should I do if I get another job?

Unless we tell you otherwise, you are agency staff and will be booked when clients need you.  Please ensure that you perform well so that your bookings will continue.

 


 

Who do I tell if I am not well or cannot attend due to a function?

You need to tell us with us much notice as possible.  However, please bear in mind that high levels absence may result in clients offering you less work.

 

 


 

I am running late, who do I tell?

No!   Always route these through us, as we are responsible for you.  We can work on your behalf to resolve any issues.


 

Why have I got to give details of references and bank details before I start?

Unless we tell you otherwise, you are agency staff and will be booked when clients need you.  Please ensure that you perform well so that your bookings will continue.

 


 

I need a copy of my payslip or tax document, what should I do?

You need to tell us with us much notice as possible.  However, please bear in mind that high levels absence may result in clients offering you less work.
